Educational Travel Books for Kids, Finally at last!

There are many books out there about traveling with children to Europe, but only a few are actually for the kids. You can encourage your children to get involved in the planning stages of your next family trip by showing them, in a fun way, some of the places and historical attractions they might see. This will make them feel like they are personally invested in the trip. Chances are they will not only be more interested in where they're going, but will also be more excited to learn while they are there.
Mike's Adventure Packs examines different aspects of each country in the series. I grew up traveling and never knew where exactly we were going or what there was to see. This is a travel series for kids traveling to Europe. Inside the Europe Series

The Mike's Adventure Packs series is an educational travel and activity series for children ages 8 to 14. Each country book in the series allows children to explore many different parts of the country. In the opening sections of the book, children get a quick look at traveling into and around the country, as well as a fast track culture and history lesson. Then, along with Adventure Mike, the reader travels through different cities, explores historical attractions, meets kids from the country, and learns about athletics and the economy. These sections are followed by a quick introduction to cuisine and a collection of recipes. In the final sections of the book, the reader will learn about famous people from the country, read a letter from the children the reader met earlier, and take part in a language study section as well as activities that test the reader on his or her retention of the materials presented.

Mike's Adventure Packs strives to not only be a fun but also an educational resource about countries around the world.
